Location

Our house is conveniently situated for all tourist attractions. It is only a few minutes walk from the town centre with it's harbour and historic Arbroath Abbey.
Arbroath is close to many golf courses, including the Open Championship links of Carnoustie and St Andrews.

The city of Dundee is a short drive away. Excellent shopping awaits, as well as the attraction of Discovery Point, where the RSS Discovery is berthed.

Loris and Mike welcome you to their home The Old Vicarage B & B which is an imposing Victorian house (former manse) situated in a quiet residential area yet only a few minutes walk from town centre and restaurants, pubs, harbour, marina, theatres, abbey, beach and Seaton cliffs.

Accommodation is all en-suite, off street parking is also available.
Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with antiques. Upper floor guest bedrooms consist of two double rooms and one twin room.

All rooms have full en-suite facilities, with a delightful view of Arbroath Abbey available.

All rooms have TV and coffee/tea making facilities

A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are available on request. Complimentary fruit juice and biscuits are also provided.

Breakfast comprises of unlimited fruit juices, cereals, tea and coffee.
A traditional Scottish cooked breakfast made with local produce is available and very popular. For something different, why not try the world famous Arbroath Smokie hot with butter.

If a lighter breakfast is required, pancakes and croissants are available.
