Dunoon is an ideal base for exploring Loch Lomand and the Trossachs National Park and offers an abundance of out door activities such as Climbing, Walking, Cycling, Sailing, Fishing, Pony Trekking, or a relaxing round of golf on one of the three golf courses.

The Cedars is immaculately maintained and welcoming family run guest house ideally situated on the East Bay of Dunoon and enjoys a convenient location within easy walking distance of the town centre with all its amenities and the Caledonian McBrayne Ferry Terminal.

The bright spacious en-suite bedrooms are maintained to a high standard and offer relaxation and comfort in peaceful and tranquil surroundings. Front rooms enjoy long distance panoramic sea views over the Clyde Estuary.

All rooms are modern and well equipped with Tea and Coffee making facilities, Colour Television. Alarm Clock and radio, Hairdryer and Hot Water Bottle for cooler Autumnal evenings.

Breakfast is freshly prepared using fresh quality ingredients and served in our elegant dining room.

Driving from the South follow the M6 then the M74 Motorway then follow the M8 through Glasgow to Greenock then proceed to Gourock and the Caledonian McBrayne Ferry Terminal which operates an hourly service to Dunoon.

Alternatively take the route via Loch Lomond A82 then proceed on the A815 into Dunoon.
