Bramble Corner is very much aware of the growing need to provide guests with that little extra, not just good food and comfortable rooms and, as a result, we also provide the following:

* We can offer a local transport service to and from your place of business or collection and delivery to the local rail or bus station.
* Collection and return to Stansted is now something we wish to offer, but we need our guests to let us know if this is a good option.

Location

Located in the pretty Fen village of Bluntisham in Cambridgeshire, we are three miles east of the historic Market Town of St.Ives, and about ten miles north of Cambridge.

We are literally next door to the Prince of Wales pub, where the food is of exceptional value and quality.

Owner's Description

Bramble Corner currently has four letting rooms. A double room with en-suite shower room, a twin room with en-suite shower room, another double with a large en-suite bathroom and king sized double bed and finally, a single bedroom with a shared bathroom.

Bramble Corner prides itself on it's wonderful breakfasts. Whether you are having the full English (all grilled or poached) or you are going Continental, you will leave the table warm, content and a little full (just read our visitors book!)

All products are locally sourced, whether it is our own free range chickens or our friendly local farm butcher or the local Farmers Market. No offence to Waitrose but we source products from their local store only if we need to.

We make our own bread, marmalade and jams for your delectation and Kay's speciality is her home made yoghourt.

If you require any particular items or you have specific dietary needs, we are more than happy to accommodate your request. However, we would ask that you inform us of at the point of booking, enabling us to obtain the items for you.

Bramble Corner can be found quite easily by following the A1123 from St Ives. Keep going past the village of Needingworth until you reach Bluntisham. Over the railway bridge, past the BP petrol station, bear right and we are the large cream house next to the Prince of Wales pub. See you then for a cuppa and a chat. If you have TOM TOM just key in the Postcode and bingo!

Other Information

The price for the twin and double rooms is £60.00 per room per night inclusive of breakfast. The single occupancy rate is £40.00.

The double with en-suite bath and "King" sized bed is £65.00 per night again inclusive of breakfast, single rate £45, and finally, the single room is £35.00 inclusive of breakfast.
