Owner's Description
Lavender Lodge is a lovely Edwardian house, and was built toward the beginning of the 20th century. It is set back from the road, making it a peaceful place to stay. The entrance hall opens to a large and impressive staircase, taking the guest up to the bedrooms.
The bedrooms look out onto the gardens or onto the church opposite (All Saints church).
There is a quiet garden that gets the afternoon sun, and is a lovely place to sit and relax.
Hoole Village is an interesting part of Chester. It's a self-contained area, with a traditional 'high street' and lots of smaller shops. It's only a stroll from Lavender Lodge, and makes a great place to wander around - plus it has some great places to eat!
All the rooms have the following facilities -
Tea & coffee making (including herbal & fruit teas, hot chocolate)
Mineral water
Colour TV (with remote control)
Wireless broadband (free to residents)

Central heating
The duvets and pillows are made of a synthetic filling, suitable for people with allergies.
Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor. We offer a traditional full English breakfast, with everything freshly cooked for you using local produce wherever we can.
Eating out - we don't serve evening meals, but we're close to a number of excellent places to eat. We're happy to help you find somewhere that suits, and make a booking for you.
