We spend a great deal of time, and a tremendous amount of care with our catering. We source the finest local ingredients, predominantly organic and free-range, and cook everything fresh to order. The cakes and biscuits we offer are all home made. Elke even mills here own flour for the rolls in our continental breakfast. Special dietary requirements are catered for.
We do not use Microwave Ovens.

Our beds are high quality, the en-suite, in particular, is Laura Ashley, superb quality and comfort, no sagging springs here.
Duvets are soft and gloriously warm, with fresh, high quality linen. You are sure to have a restful and refreshing night.

Location

We are on the main A374 arterial road that links with the A38 taking you further West into Cornwall, yet; being at the end of our own 140 metre driveway, we offer seclusion and peace within a 2 acre woodland garden.

The house is within the area known as Antony Estates which contains the magnificent Antony House Stately Home, in National Trust Ownership, well worth visiting. A very pleasant walk directly from Bulland House to Antony House takes 20 minutes or so.

Built over 300 years ago Bulland House is a traditional Cornish Farmhouse, full of character and charm, tastefully modernized and presented as high quality bed and breakfast accommodation for discerning travelers to this exquisite, un-spoilt area of South East Cornwall.

The whole of Bulland House has been recently re-furbished and re-stocked with furniture, each room is fully centrally heated, each bedroom contains hairdryers, bath robes and slippers plus Tea/Coffee making facilities and homemade biscuits. Wireless broadband is available at no additional charge.

Double Bedroom
This lovely room, full of character, contains a Queens size double bed, leather sofa and small tables with the added benefit of the early morning sun streaming through the windows. The bathroom is a generous size, with bath and electric shower over, its radiator is on 24 hours a day being served by the Aga in the kitchen.

Twin Bedroom
Equally inviting, its South facing main window receives the Sunshine for much of the day. The large adjacent private shower-room contains a 1200cm shower cubicle with electric shower.

Sitting and Breakfast Room
This spacious, extremely comfortable room has a woodburner, 32inch LCD Television with 100 Satellite channels, and also serves as your breakfast room.

The grounds at Bulland extend to 2 acres of woodland, which is undergoing a period of restoration, having been neglected for some time. There are/were at least two ponds, a small orchard and even a well.

Children's Rates
Up to 5 years of age (including our child's bed, and breakfast) will be £10.00 per night. This assumes that the child is sharing the room with 2 adults.

Children between 6 and 12 years of age, sharing the same room with 2 adults, and sleeping on a separate mattress (this only works comfortably in the twin room) will be £20.00 - £25.00 per night including breakfast.
