We are situated less than a 30 second walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk from the town centre and a 10 minute walk to the Sea Life Centre and harbour. Only a short drive from Weymouth & Portland Sailing academy (hosting the 2012 Olympics sailing games), Monkey World, Thomas Hardy's cottage. We are situated in the heart of the Jurassic coast line.

Welcome to Karen & Martin at Kelston Guest House. We are pleased to offer you high quality, family friendly accommodation, less than 50 metres from Weymouth beach and just a short walk to the town centre, harbour, Sea Life Centre, RSPB reserves, coastal path and Lodmoor country park.

All rooms have Free WIFI access, Digital LCD TV's, most with DVD player, complimentary hospitality tray, mini fridge, complimentary toiletries, radio clock alarm, adjustable central heating and own keys for 24 hour access. Family rooms can sleep upto 5 people, and we can supply free of charge, cots and bedding, highchairs and change mat. We have a guest lounge with Freeview TV and DVD player. (Small reading book / DVD libary. Free parking permits are available.

Recently renovated throughout, to a high standard, offering clean, modern and comfortable accommodation, however, keeping many of the period features you would expect from a 1860 Grade II building.

Our breakfasts offer locally sourced fresh produce, with home-made sausages from the Fantastic Sausage Factory in the town centre and free range eggs from a local farm.

We are both local people and therefore can offer extensive local knowledge and we are more than willing to help you book excursions, taxi's or restaurant reservations. We are Condor Agents and we can book day trips to the Channel Islands direct from our guest house.

We are fully no smoking throughout in accordance with UK law. Groups, contractors and parties catered for. Open all year.

Things You Need To Know

Children under 2 years are free and we offer discounts to children aged 2-14 years old when sharing with 2 full paying adults.

All our guest facilities are first floor or above and therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties.

From the A354 Weymouth Way, take the first exit off Westway roadabout over the Swannery bridge. Straight over at the rounabout toward the esplanade. You will see the Jubilee clock infront of you. Take the first exit at the mini roundabout by the clock. At the second set of pedistrian crossings turn left immediately after into Lennox Street. We are the first guest house on the left by the mini roundabout.

From the train station - turn left from the Station up King Street toward the Esplanade. At the top of the road turn left. Lennox Street is the 3rd road off the esplanade. We are the first guest house on the left by the mini roundabout. This is approximately a 5 minute walk.
