As well as a traditional English breakfast with fantastic Salehurst bacon and sausages, how about Wealden smoked haddock with organic poached eggs or scrumptious Parmesan scrambled eggs with locally smoked salmon on toasted butter muffins? Warm crusty bread, organic butter and homemade preserves, creamy Greek yoghurt with homemade organic fruit compotes, a choice of organic juices, cereals complete a great start to your day.

And should it be one of those rare, wonderful English mornings when the sun is high and the heat already shimmering over the Sussex Weald, how about breakfast outside under the shade of the pergola heavy with grape vine and enjoy the marvellous scenery!

Location

Slides Farm B & B is only 3 miles from Bodiam Castle and 12 miles from the coast at Hastings, with Rye and Bexhill-on-Sea close by. There are many historic houses, gardens and castles to visit and many wonderful walks to choose from. Indeed within a 5 minute walk from the B&B is a wetland area a noted haven for wild birds. Within a short distance there are several destination restaurants and pubs serving both lunch and dinner.

The emphasis for our B & B is contemporary luxury. It is a newly built self-contained wing at Slides Farm with its own entrance and offers two stylish and spacious en-suite bedrooms which open directly onto a west facing terrace and garden area with wonderful views. Each bedroom has modern flat screen TV, multi-media access, and wireless internet connection and each bathroom is luxuriously fitted with both bath and shower.

Pamper yourself and unwind at Slides Farm with our amazingly comfortable king size beds, goose down duvets, organic cotton linen and top quality Egyptian cotton towels;.

There is a delightful dining room/kitchen for guests' sole use too, with complimentary mineral water, local juices and even our own cider to try if you wish, as well as organic Fairtrade beverages!

By Road:
Slides Farm is minutes from the main A21 which runs from London to Hastings. Proceeding north on the A21 (Silverhill) from the Robertsbridge Roundabout take the first left-hand turning immediately following the lay-by. We are on the left at the top of the lane.

By Train:
We are just over a mile from Robertsbridge mainline station which is on the Hastings line to London Charring Cross.
