Situated between the stunning coastline and the open countryside, both within minutes walking distance, you can experience arguably the most beautiful (as well as sunniest and driest) area in Scotland.

Owner's Description

Our bedrooms are individually designed with a contemporary feel. We have 1 double and 1 family bedroom (disabled access) with en-suite facilities open all year and 1 further family room with private bathroom, which is seasonal, June-September.

All bedrooms have hospitality tray, remote control colour TV, luxury toiletries, clock radio, hairdryer, iron/ironing board and a snack menu is available.

We also offer bicycle hire so you can explore the area in a more energetic fashion as well as secure bicycle storage and drying facilities. We operate a no-smoking rule throughout the house.

Full breakfast is our speciality and should not be missed! Vegetarian selection is also available. Packed lunches can be ordered with prior notice.

Our Double, Family, Twin and Triple Bedrooms are from £30.00 per person per night.

All Bedrooms are available for single occupancy from £40.00 per person per night.


Children under 5 years old - stay free of charge in their parents' room. Ages between 6 and 11 are charged £5.00 per night, and ages over 12 years are charged at £10.00 per night.


Rates include our fantastic full Scottish breakfast. Check-in after 2.00pm and check-out by 11.00am; unless by prior arrangement - we are flexible! If you are staying longer, then please contact us to discuss discounted rates. Please note we only accept payment by cash, personal cheques or travellers cheques.
