A converted barn situated at the foot of the South Downs, in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the Hampshire/West Sussex Border.
All you could expect from a three star guest house, freshly baked bread, eggs from our own chickens and home made jams for breakfast.
Copper Beeches (Guest House near Petersfield) has two Bed and Breakfast Rooms, one Double ensuite the other is a Family Suite, both rooms are South Facing, looking across open fields to the South Downs.
Fantastic walks and scenery as well as many attractions to suit all tastes and ages.
The Double Room ensuite is both South and West facing which catches the evening sun, making it a very light room. The Bed has an 'orthopaedic mattress with memory foam'. The bathroom, has an electric overhead shower giving guests the choice of having a bath or shower, toilet and wash basin.
The Family Suite has two bedrooms, one double bed with an 'orthopaedic mattress with memory foam' the other with full size bunk beds (3 ft wide), ideal for the family, indeed it has been known to sleep four adults. This suite also doubles as a twin room, allowing two (or three) same sex persons to share the large bathroom. Again the bath has an electric overhead shower unit, toilet and wash basin. Both these bedrooms face South and the bathroom faces North.
Copper Beeches is TOURIST BOARD RATED: 3 STARS - So has all that you would expect, including alarm clock/radio, television, tea/coffee making facilities, dressing table/desk, chair and upholstered chair. Bedside cabinets and hanging space.

From the A.3. (South Bound)
Take the first exit off for Petersfield / A272 Midhurst, at the roundabout turn left for he A272 / Uppark (brown tourist sign for N.T.House, at the staggered crossroads, turn right for South Harting and Uppark, follow this road to its conclusion, T. junction, turn left onto the B2146 for South Harting and Uppark. Over the Hampshire/West Sussex Border, past the turning on your right for Dicham Park School and The Tithe Barn. Copper Beeches is the next property on your left with a green and white 'B & B' displayd, our drive is off 'Alitex's' entrance.
From the A.3. (North Bound)
Take the first exit off for Petersfild / Buriton, at the roundabout turn left for Petersfield Town Centre, when you arrive at the mini roundabout at Tesco's entrance, go straight over, immediately you will come to a crossroads, turn right onto the B2146 for Suth Harting and Uppark. Go past Petersfield Heath Pond on your left, then follow the directions as above.
From Winchester (A272)
After Winchester continue along the A272 until you come to Petersfield, you will turn onto the A.3 for one junction, turning off for Midhurst A272, then follow the directions for the A.3. South Bound, as above.
From Midhurst (A272)
After Midhurst turn left for Elstead / South Harting, go through the Village of Elstead, as you come into the Village of South Harting, you will see The Ship Inn (public house) on your right, turn right immediately after The Ship onto the B2146 for Petersfield, you will see Copper Beeches about 1 mile on your right, there are four houses of which we are the last, a green and white 'B & B' board is displayed.
From Chichester
Take the A286 for Midhurst, after the Village of Lavant, turn left onto the B2141 for South Harting, follow this road to its conclusion, turn right onto the B2146, into the Village of Suth Harting, turning left, in front of The Ship Inn for Petersfield. Follow the directions as above from Midhurst.
