We are located about 1km from the village where you will find two general stores and several establishments selling evening meals ranging from basic and wholesome to Cordon Bleu.

We invite you to the home of Mike and Margaret Rochester, located some 155 km north west coast of Scotland, near the fishing village of Lochinver in the Assynt wilderness.

Eadar Da' Sloc is a unique modern energy-efficient house in an outstanding location with tremendous panoramic mountain views to the east and south. The interior is open plan. Guest have a private shower room/ toilet... we provide towelling robes which may also be used when enjoying the sauna/ hot tub.

We have just the one family room ( 2 single beds and pair of a full-size bunk beds = 4 persons Max) available for Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Perhaps suited best to couples but the extra bunks do permit us also to accommodate families or groups of up to 4 friends travelling together and who are happy to share a room. The ground floor lounge / TV and sunlounge are available for guest use... we don't expect you to hide in your room!

Good parking at the top of our 150m private drive. Parked vehicles are close to the house and are not observed from B869 road. One time bikers ourselves... We are BIKER friendly!
