Our 15 bedroom family run hotel offers excellent accommodation and fantastic location. Our hotel is located within easy walking distance of Blackpool's main attractions, tram & bus stops opposite our hotel on promenade. railway station and Airport are both within easy reach. We are just short distance from Blackpool town centre and also the World Famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Water Complex.

All our bedrooms are ensuite, arranged on two floors. Tea and coffee making facilities, remote contraol colour televisions are provided in all rooms. Every bedroom has central heating with thermostatic control valves and souble glazing. Some bedrooms have sea views and we also have family rooms available with sea views.

We have a choice of family rooms. Family room for 4 people sharing - 1 double bed and i bunk bed or family room with double bed and single bed - 3 people sharing.

Situated on the ground floor we have a cosy lounge / bar for guests. Here you can watch TV, sit and relax with a drink or have a nice game of pool. The bar boasts a wide choice of beers, spirits & soft drinks along with a selection of bar snacks if you feel a bit peckish.

The dining room is non-smoking area with a wide choice of menu's. Vegetarian dishes and special dietary requirements can be catered for providing advance information is given. Our meal are carvery style self-service which are freshly prepared and are all homemade.

We also have a separate sun-lounge, ideal if you want a quiter moment to sit and watch the world go by. Overlooking the promenade and Irish Sea you can enjoy the wonderful views Blackpool has to offer.
