Owner's Description

All rooms overlook a nature reserve or Fen farmland. Ask about our packed lunches, if you are going out walking.

Our four poster en-suite room, tastefully decorated, overlooking the RSPB Nature Reserve. If you would like to make an occasion special, we can provide flowers, fizz, chocolates etc.

Luxury Double has extra space to relax or bring the kids. We also have a twin room and four poster room.

Family Suite
The suite has ground floor, double door entry just inside the main entrance, so is ideal for the elderly, lightly disabled, small children, pets etc.

The bathroom is very small but does incorporate a three-quarter size bath with overhead shower.

Not just for families, we have accommodated various groups, who have stayed here from 1 night to 3 weeks.

Previous visitors include: shooting groups; fishing club members; birdwatchers; motorised cyclysts; working men; wedding guests; families; house-hunters; sanctuary seekers; artists; and a lady with 3 dogs! (Don't worry, we are very thorough with airing and cleaning.)

Priced per room per night including breakfast:

Luxuary Double en-suite - £65.00 per night, for 2 people sleeps 3 adlut and 1 child.

Four Poster Double en-suite - £62.00 per night, for 2 sleeps up to 3 people.

Single En-suite - £34.00 per night.

Single / Twin en-suite - £34.00 for single occupancy and £49.00 for twin.

* Room only option deduct - £4.00 per person from total price.

Luxuary appartment - £69.00 per night, for 2 sleeps up to 4 people.

For additional persons sharing a room, an extra charge of £15.00 per adult needs to be added and £10.00 per child.
Pets are welcome and a charge of £10.00 per visit is added.

* Single occupancy normally charged at upto 75%

Regular or long stay visitors - we will negotiate. Short break packages available. Please enquire.

We accept all major credit / debit cards, cheques (supported by card) and cash.

Other Information

Breakfast - £6.50. for non residence all room prices include fruit juice & cereal, full English breakfast - 2 sausage, 2 bacon, egg, beans & tomatoes, toast and preserves.

Lunch - £6.50. Packed lunches are available with 24hr pre-booked orders. A hearty meal with hot tea or soup.

Dinner - £8.00 (2 courses £12.00). fresh home-cooked farmhouse style plated meals. Served 5 - 7.pm. Pre-booking please.

Special (by arrangement) Private Parties - 6 - 20 persons group meals available from our a la carte menu or to suit your requirements from 3 courses @ £15 per head.

Bring you own wine, we provide the glasses.
