The Halcyon is a family run business situated in quiet tree lined avenue close to the sea and only a short walk to all of the Skegness amenities.

Room 1: Location Ground Floor. Double bed with optional single bed for third person or child. This is a very popular room with partially disabled guests and early reservation is recommended.

Room 2: As room No.1 but first floor location.

Room 3: Location first floor. Double bed - this room overlooks the rear garden.

Room 4: Location first floor. Similar to rooms 1 and 2, but overlooking rear garden.

Room 5: Location first floor. Double bed - front location.

Room 6: Although second floor location this is a spacious and highly desirable family room. Optional single beds are available to extend the capacity to 5 persons. The room has views to both front and rear.

All bedrooms have en-suite facilities.

From Boston (A52)
Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road.into Scarbrough Avenue. Proceed straight over roundabout to Skegness Pier. At Skegness Pier turn left. Proceed to The Suncastle (on the right) and turn left at mini-roundabout into Castleton Boulevard. Take first left turn (do not turn into service road at rear of County Hotel) into Park Avenue. Halcyon Guesthouse in on the right after several hundred yards.

From Lincoln (A158)
At traffic lights after Football Ground proceed straight over into Castleton Boulevard. Take second right turn into Park Avenue. Halcyon Guesthouse in on the right after several hundred yards.
