We have two double en-suite rooms and one twin en-suite room. All bedrooms are furnished in comfortable country style pine and accommodation is all on one level and ground floor. Also a change to stay on a real working Farm.

Location

Little Abbey Farm is close to Sandringham, Kings Lynn, Norfolk lavender, Oxborough hall and the Norfolk Coast. Situated in a peaceful part of the nar valley, 250 yards from the nearest back road, yet only 2 miles from the A47. There are a good range of footpaths and we have made maps for people to follow.

The accommodation is in an annexe to the main house, but with its own front door.

We have three rooms 1 twin and 2 double rooms (king size beds) all with en-suite facilities and conveniently located on the ground floor all at one level with no steps to climb and ample Parking.

Each room is comfortably furnished and offering views to the garden and farm land. Tea and coffee making facilities, fresh flowers, other personal extras are in every room and an iron and ironing board are available should you require one.

* The Twin bedroom has an en-suite with bath and shower and is furnished with comfortable beds, pine furniture and has central heating.

* The Double room has an en-suite with shower and is furnished with a comfortable king size bed , pine furniture and has central heating.

* The Garden room has an en-suite with a shower and under floor heating in the bathroom.
It is furnished with a comfortable king size bed and pine furniture, wooden floor.
There is also a flat screen tv and this room has its own patio area, with garden furniture, and leads to the pond.


There is a guests lounge with wood burning Fire, TV, DVD and plenty of games and books.

We have a varied breakfast menu with home made preserves meat and eggs and traditional farm house cooking.

We also offer an evening meals served in the farm house dinning room, which has an Inglenook fireplace and wooden floor.

All rooms are No smoking and sorry no pets due to livestock.
