Things You'll Love

area of Norfolk is like no other, there are pretty little churches, tiny winding lanes, and pantiled flint cottages.
Stody is less than ten minutes drive from the sea.

Whether your interests are National Trust properties or stately homes, wildlife, churches, golf, walking, sandy beaches, riding or just relaxing, this part of Norfolk appeals to everyone. From the historic Blickling Hall, past the cliffs at Weybourne, to the wide sands of Holme in the west, the countryside of North Norfolk provides a rich variety of places of interest.

The North Norfolk Coast is famous for its wildlife. It's unique wetland environments are a great attraction to both birdwatchers and enthusiastic walkers. There are mile upon mile of nearly deserted expanses of sand, marsh and dunes, that are part of the designated Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Location

Stody Hall is set on a hill overlooking a delightful stream that flows into the River Glaven. A manor house has been on this site for over 500 years and is considered to be of historical interest along with St Mary's church directly opposite, one of Norfolk's better preserved Saxon round towered buildings.

Stody is in an idyllic part of Norfolk, one of the most beautiful counties in England.
