The North Norfolk Coast is famous for its wildlife. It's unique wetland environments are a great attraction to both birdwatchers and enthusiastic walkers. There are mile upon mile of nearly deserted expanses of sand, marsh and dunes, that are part of the designated Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Location
Stody Hall is set on a hill overlooking a delightful stream that flows into the River Glaven. A manor house has been on this site for over 500 years and is considered to be of historical interest along with St Mary's church directly opposite, one of Norfolk's better preserved Saxon round towered buildings.
Stody is in an idyllic part of Norfolk, one of the most beautiful counties in England.

Andrew and Miriam Rawlinson were born in Norfolk. Andrew worked in the film and television industry for over 30 years and Miriam is the eldest daughter of a well-known Norfolk farmer. They bought the hall in 1970.
The mature grounds feature a sheltered walled in garden, tennis court and croquet lawn.
The Entrance Hall:
The interior is beautifully presented and extremely comfortable.
It has been fully and sympathetically restored and is decorated in a classic English Country House style.
Drawing Room:
Here you can relax in comfort with an open fire, television and piano.
Dining Room:
There is a choice of a full English or Continental breakfast.
A three course dinner is available by arrangement.
All the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.
