We are also close to York University & supply free campus maps for visiting students or families of students.

Chelmsford Place offers singles, doubles, twins, triples & family rooms, all of which are fully ensuite, apart from two first floor Standard rooms next to each other which share separate toilet-shower facilities just outside the rooms (Luxury dressing gowns are provided for these two rooms).

We have guaranteed free parking and all rooms have full central heating, hairdryers, LCD freeview television and tea and coffee-making facilities.

Things You Need To Know

Three night en-suite/standard room specials available all year round, excluding horse racing days and Bank Holidays.

We have FREE 24hr wireless high speed internet access for those wishing to use their own Wifi laptop at the guest house whilst staying with us, subject to compatibility.

Single occupancy of a double Room (Standard or En-suite) from £30.00 to £60.00 per room per night.

Double/Twin Room (En-suite)from £52.00 to £70.00 per room per night.

Double/Twin Room (Standard)from £48.00 to £60.00 per room per night.

Family Rooms (3-4 Persons en-Suite or Standard) £60.00 - £90.00 per room per night.

Prices are PER ROOM per night inclusive of all taxes & include a full English/ Vegetarian/ Vegan/ Coeliac or Continental breakfast and free car parking (essential in York!).
