Each Bed and Breakfast room leads directly outside to the courtyard garden. You pick up the key at the start of your stay and keep it with you until you check out.
In the summer you can have your breakfast sitting outside enjoying the garden.

The location is ideal for business stays and holiday maker alike.
There is excellent access to the A34, M4 and M40, Didcot and Oxford train stations and regular bus services from Abingdon to many local towns.
The Bed and Breakfast rooms are located down a single track farm road that is found at the edge of Abingdon Town just by the historic bridge over the River Thames.
You can leave your car and walk to the town centre of Abingdon. Here you will find shops, banks and museums as well as many pubs and restaurants.
You can catch a bus or in the summer even a boat into Oxford that is only 8 miles away, to enjoy all it has to offer.
There are many places of interest from Legoland Windsor to the Cotswold to enjoy as a day out.

The rooms are serviced daily and a continental breakfast with fresh coffe will be brought to your room at your reqested time.
The Bed and Breakfast rooms are either twin or double rooms. Each room has its' own en-suite bathroom with fresh towles and toiletries provided.
The Bedrooms all have Televsions with Free View and there is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the site 24 hours a day.
The rooms also have hospitality trays with complimentary tea,coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water and a selection of bisciuts.
The rooms are used regularly by managers of local companies during the week and people attending weddings and christenings at the weekends.

The breakfast is a continnental breakfast brought to your room.
There is no restaurant or bar on site but you have a great selection in the local town of Abingdon.
Directions

Turn left onto Stratton Way and continue up to the traffic lights.
Turn right into Stert Street (sign posted Dorchester A415.)
Pass two pedestrian crossings and the Church Clock Tower on the left.
Continue straight (A415), pass the Nags Head pub on the left. When crossing the bridge over the River Thames.
Just over the bridge, turn left into the public Car park and follow the single track lane in front of you. This will lead to the rection at Kingfisher Barn, Abingdon.
