What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrival and departure times vary between the different bed & breakfast accommodations, but owners generally ask for you to arrive after 3pm on the day of arrival and leave the property by 10am on the day of departure.

This allows the owners to make sure that the accommodation is thoroughly cleaned and ready for you when you arrive.

How do I pay?

On our Superior listings we take bookings online. If you decide to make a booking, you’ll be redirected to a secure Protx payment site where you can pay online by all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard and Visa without having to worry about your personal details being disclosed.

How will I receive confirmation of my booking and payment?

As soon as you book your stay we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received your booking and your payment successfully.

We’ll then pass your information on to the bed and breakfast accommodation owner who will deal with you directly. They may send you further information about the accommodation and local area.

What happens if I need to cancel my stay?

If you need to cancel, 24 hours notice is required - any money paid will be refunded excluding 25% of the Full Rental Charge. If 24 hours notice is not given - guests will be required to pay the full price of their stay.

Will there be any additional charges?

This depends on the accommodation. There may be additional charges for items such as extra beds, pets, bedding and use of some facilities.

However, the accommodation information page on this site will clearly show any extra charges before you book your stay.

What facilities do the properties have?

This depends on the individual accommodation. All accommodations will have something special to offer you and the number of facilities and extras that they have will be reflected in the price.

Do you ever offer discounts?

Yes we do. Watch out for seasonal deals and late-availability special offers.
